Role Overview
Nottingham Forest FC is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Content Producer to drive the club’s short-form, social-first output. You will be responsible for ideating, producing, editing, and publishing vertical video content that showcases personality and engages current and new audiences across all our operated channels.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Create high-quality short-form, social-first content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Lead vertical video production from initial concept and storyboarding through to filming, editing, and publication, whilst maintain the club’s brand identity and tone of voice across all channels
Develop and execute TikTok-specific content strategies, ensuring the club remains on trend and culturally relevant
Work collaboratively across all teams within the Nottingham Forest family, including First Team, Women’s Team, Academy and Netball
Generate creative ideas that highlight player personalities, behind-the-scenes moments, and unique aspects of the club
Work efficiently in fast-paced environments, delivering reactive content when needed
Capture, edit, and publish on the go, using mobile phone or lightweight equipment
You will need to have flexibility to work weekends, evenings and matchdays (home and away)
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
Proven experience producing social content, ideally in a sports, entertainment, or media setting
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, best practices, and platform behaviours
Proficient in mobile editing apps
Confident filming in different environments and capturing engaging footage quickly
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high creative standards
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Knowledge of social analytics tools
Personal Attributes:
Highly creative with a passion for storytelling through short-form video
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working at speed
Passion for football and an understanding of fan culture is a strong advantage

Our Commitment to Safeguarding
As part of the Club’s commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant may be required to undergo a Disclosure Barring Service (“DBS”) check or an enhanced DBS check. The results of a DBS check will be considered on an individual basis, and the Club will act in a proportionate manner when deciding whether or not to proceed with the appointment.
An FA Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for all relevant new appointments to the Club.
