Role Overview
Nottingham Forest FC is seeking an organised, proactive, and driven Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing campaigns across the club. Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager and wider teams, you will help drive club revenue and global fan grown through targeted, creative, and data-informed marketing activity.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist the Commercial Marketing Manager in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across the season
Take ownership of specific campaigns and business areas
Collaborate with the Ticketing Team to plan, create, and deliver email communications aligned to sale windows
Organise and manage fan sweepstakes, giveaways, and competitions for both members and non-members, ensuring smooth delivery and high engagement
Support the coordination of digital, social, and in-stadium marketing activity to ensure campaign consistency
Work within the broader Marketing & Content team to deliver campaigns across all fan touchpoints
Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Retail, Ticketing, Comms and Fan Engagement to align on messaging
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
Experience in marketing or campaign coordination, ideally within sport, or entertainment
Understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and CRM workflows.
Confident using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email software, CRM systems, analytics tools)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive and enthusiastic personality
