About the Role:
This exciting role will see you working on creative output for the Men’s and Women’s football teams, the Academy football teams, the Netball team, and the Community Trust. You’ll collaborate with several internal departments, including content, retail, matchday events, marketing, and partnerships, to produce high-quality visual assets for use across a variety of platforms. This incredibly diverse role means you could be working on anything from matchday social media graphics or player signing announcements one moment, to retail email campaigns or content for our in-stadium big screens the next, striving to maintain consistency with our brand guidelines and evolve the visual output of the club.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Working with the Head of Brand & Design to undertake tasks needed across multiple departments, and delivering on their specific requirements.
Designing assets for campaigns, digital channels, presentations and social media
Interpreting briefs and transforming concepts into visual executions
Creating static and animated content across platforms
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, working within time and budget constraints under tight deadlines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about design processes, decisions and project developments.
Supporting A/B testing by creating design variants
Contributing to creative ideation and campaign brainstorming
Staying up to date with design trends and tools
Being a guardian of the Club’s identity and ensuring consistency across all materials created by the Club.
Carry out additional ad hoc duties as reasonably required in line with the evolving needs of the business.
What are we looking for:
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
3–7 years of experience in graphic design roles
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy
Ability to create assets for web, social, print, and presentations
Confidence in taking & interpreting briefs and presenting concepts
Familiarity with exporting formats for digital use
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable collaborating with marketing, content, or product teams
Portfolio demonstrating creativity, consistency, and execution
Hard skills only; No reliance on AI for design/content creation.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Motion graphic/animation experience using After Effects or equivalent
Photography skills / experience
Art direction experience on photo / video shoots
Experience working in football or sports
